Okay, so I started all this full steam in July and did very well. Lost 14 1/2" in as little as 3 months, not to mention what it did for the appearance of my thighs. Life turned hectic, I slacked off, but now I'm back.
So I start with a 4 day BC, followed with an EOD schedule after the break. I'm brushing again regularly and trying to get in salt soaks. After only a week almost 2" gone. Here's the 'wonder' part...
That lump I had in my breast that had been there for years was gone while doing t-tapp the first go around. I didn't know if I could contribute it to the brushing, the exercise or the reduction of coffee at the time. I upped the coffee, slacked off the exercise and didn't stop the brushing but for only one week. I had that lump come back and be there for a whole month, bout the same amount of time I stopped doing the workouts. So, this past week I did a BC (mainly BWO+ plus some other moves I added and stretching) and wouldn't you know it.... that lump is completely, COMPLETELY gone!! Some may know how that feels. That feeling of not being able to rub in lotion right there, or your significant other even coming close to it without being in agony. Underwires, ugh!! It wasn't the brushing (although it helps and I love what it is doing for me) but the lymphatic pumping action of the Workouts. Process of elimination. I still consume the same amount of coffee I had been (strange hours, I gotta have my java). I didn't slack off brushing but for one week, and the lump was back for longer than one week. In as little as 2 days I noticed the difference big-time when I got back to my T-Tapp.
I'm a believer.
