60 Day Challenge
Winner: Less to Lose Category

Phyllis Wiley

During the contest period, I often thought of the dedicated people involved with T-Tapp and the hard work that was being done to accomplish goals, no matter how big or small.

These thoughts kept me motivated throughout the contest and I am proud to be a member of that group.

When I started the T-Tapp contest, I had been doing T-Tapp for little over a year. Early on I realized that "form" is the key factor to achieve the results that are possible with T-Tapp. I have attended clinics and continue to read tips on the forum to keep my form in check and have met many wonderful friends along the way.

Before T-Tapp, I worked out with a variety of workout tapes alternating cardio and light weights. I still add variety to my workouts using other workouts but when I do, I can't help but incorporate T-Tapp form along with OIP, HD, AL and DD.

In May I found out I had a bone density problem and my doctor wanted to start me on medication. I refused that medication and since that time have increased my cal/mag intake and with concentrating on T-Tapp, hope to see an improvement on my next test.

My Doctor was not happy with my decision but I hope to show her the improvements that can be achieved with T-Tapp.

Since finding T-Tapp, I have not seen much of an inch loss and many times I see an inch gain which is discouraging but I won't give up. My body feels and moves better because of T-Tapp. I have noticed better definition in my shoulders and back, my buttocks have risen but unfortunately have gotten larger and broader so I have a lot of work to do on that area.

My lifelong struggle to keep my weight down has intensified since Menopause two years ago, especially my waist, hip and thigh area but I refuse to lose the battle.

Even though my lifestyle hasn't changed since the contest, it was fun being part of the group. I had been T-Tapping and working out consistently and continued throughout the contest. I am hypoglycemic so I eat foods that will keep my blood sugar stable and rarely stray from that way of life.

I want to thank everyone involved in bringing the contest to us and giving us the challenge to improve ourselves over the busy summer months.
