My name is Sandra Fisher. I'm 40 years old and I live in Oklahoma. I really don't remember where I heard about T-Tapp.... I guess it was somewhere online because I ended up looking up the web site. I have to say I was impressed with the before and after pictures featured in the success stories part of the web site. These weren't "super models" that did the T-Tapp workout and looked fabulous all their lives anyway.
These were real everyday women just like me who were seeing phenomenal results! I also liked the fact that this program was supposed to deliver much faster results then your typical exercise routine. Lets face it...we all want results and we want them now. I'm no different from anyone else. I'm not an athlete, I'm not super fit, and I'm about as graceful and coordinated as an ox on roller blades. I was afraid I might not have the stamina, flexibility or coordination to do this program. Lets face it, when your REALLY overweight, flexible you are not. Well I ordered the Total Workout and started around the middle of September 2005. That first instructional tape I did was rough! It didn't look like it should amount to much...I mean standing in one place, not jumping, not kicking or flailing your arms around. I was sweating buckets when I finished! A few days later I added in the second instructional after doing the first. That was really a challenge. What amazed me is you didn't need a lot of flexibility or grace and coordination to do this. You just do your best and as the days go by you get better and better and better. Well here I sit 8 weeks later after starting my first T-Tapp workout. I am down almost 4 clothing sizes and 25 pounds. In just 8 weeks!!! How cool is that? I've never had an exercise program deliver those kinds of results and I have done quite a few exercise programs. You name it, I've done it. In fact over the past year I had gained 50 lbs all the while exercising everyday on the treadmill, elliptical machine, exercise bike and numerous popular exercise videos. I mean exercising faithfully every day for 45 minutes to an hour!!! Talk about discouraging!!! Not even two weeks after I started T-Tapp OUT went the weights, exercise bike, treadmill and elliptical machine. With T-Tapp you need nothing but your own will and determination. Thatís it! My poor husband was living in a gym! At one point I had a treadmill in the living room, and half the garage was full of exercise equipment. Every last piece of it is long gone now. Of course no program is complete without a support system. The support you get from the T-Tapp web site and the online forums is superb!!!!
Anytime of the day or night if you need a question answered or just need some encouragement your fellow T-Tappers are there for you. Even the certified T-Tapp trainers frequent the board and answer questions, give suggestions and motivate you. That includes Teresa herself! She has answered questions herself for me on the board more then once. Teresa doesn't just hide in the shadows. She is actively and openly involved! I'm still continuing my T-Tapp journey. I started out in a size 18 W, can wear a 12 misses now and my goal is a size 8 or 10. I have so many people to thank for my success so far...all my online friends on the forums for their encouragement, support and advice, the T-Tappers who took the time to post their story and pictures so that others like myself could have hope, Teresa for all she has put into developing this program and sharing it with others, my husband Bud who put up with all the exercise equipment in the past, my hogging the TV in the early morning hours and for just believing in me (I love you) and for loving me no matter what size I was. Sorry ladies.... my husbands a keeper!!!
To sum it all up, T-Tapp works. You have to make the effort but anything worth having is worth working for. Oh and the most important part...I did this without dieting!!! No counting calories, no counting fat grams, no counting carbs. Just give your self 45 minutes a day and you can do it. As Teresa says..."YES YOU CAN!!!"
