I thought I'd send you a quick e-mail about the results I've had with T-Tapp since I last posted on the forum. Remember I had told you that I had lost 10 pounds during the month of September? Well, I've lost an additional 6 pounds in October and almost 5 more inches! I am so happy and feeling more and more fit every day!!! I've actually surpassed my goal weight of 140 pounds (I'm 136 now) and am going for 130 pounds, which I think will be just right for my 5'5.5" medium frame. I can't believe that my waist is at 28.5" now. I'm hoping to lose the last 6 pounds and another 1.5 inches off my waist by the end of November. With T-Tapp and clean eating, I know I can do it!
I've checked my results since starting T-Tapp in early May, and I've lost 31 pounds and 26 inches!!! I only measure in 7 areas, but 6.5 of those inches were from my waist alone!
Oh, and I just bought some size 5 junior low-rise jeans this past Saturday and they are already getting loose on me! Can you believe it? I am so grateful to you for all you've done for me. Without your help and encouragement, I would have given up T-Tapp a long time ago. I really love your tough-love approach. It was the kick-in-the-butt I needed. Just when I thought T-Tapp wasn't working for me, you e-mailed me and gave me tips and pointers to improve my form. It worked! I saw the results immediately and I can't thank you enough! Sorry to get so mushy; you are just the best!
