As I approach my 50th birthday later this year, I am so thankful to have T-Tapp in my life. I found this workout program six years ago, and since then I haven't even thought about doing anything else, simply because nothing else works as well for me.

However, this is not workout just for peri-menopausal middle age women. I wish I had known about this when I was 20, and I highly recommend it to any young woman. Why? Because the program is variable in intensity and complexity to meet the needs of the individual, because it promotes health at a cellular level, because it balances hormones, because you don't have to work out 5 hours a week, and because it supports other physical activities you may do, such as running, walking or biking.

My story with T-Tapp began six years ago when, at age 42, I was frustrated with the lack of results I was getting with traditional exercises, despite working out 5-6 hours per week. I was in a period of my life in which I had time to commit to truly getting fit and I was motivated to do so. I began, like everyone else, with the Instructionals, but soon I was doing the intermediate workout every other day, along with Hit the Floor at least once weekly. While I didn't have much to lose, I was flabby and needed major toning. And, although my form couldn't have been that great, I began losing inches with regularity. Beginning in January, I charted my progress, out of curiosity more than anything, and by the time of my wedding in May I had lost at least 12 inches off my combination body type. My waist was at 25" on my wedding day! Honestly, at the age of 42 I had never looked better.

After six years, my form has improved, making the workout more effective. Attending a weekend clinic with Teresa a couple of years ago in Safety Harbor was very helpful in improving form. I lost 8 inches during those three days!

What I have learned about T-Tapp is that you get out of it what you put into it…when I work out more my body shows the results, and when I work out less, my body is still shapely and my muscles retain density, but I will put on a few inches. Earlier this year, I went for a period of months without working out, and I gained weight and inches during that time. To get back on track, I recently entered the 60-day challenge contest and I have lost 5 inches in the first 30 days. This is a photo of me after the 30 days.

I did this with a very moderate amount of exercise…after a 4-day boot camp, one total workout a week, and two shorter workouts (MORE or BWO+) per week. And, more significantly, while I try to make healthy choices, I eat or drink absolutely anything I want. T-Tapp lets me enjoy my life AND fit into my pants.
