I have been on a weight loss journey for many years now but found out about T-Tapp when I was at my largest. In 2002, I gave birth to my second daughter who had hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a very serious heart defect, and a congenital diaphragmatic hernia. Both defects had a 50% mortality rate and she could not survive. She lived for 6 days and then we had to let her go. We knew she was sick during the pregnancy and I gained around 75lbs during the pregnancy, partially due to her health problems and partially due to depression. After she died, I ballooned up to over 300lbs due to the depression that followed.

I got pregnant 4 months after that and kept the weight gain with that pregnancy under control but after he was born, I knew I had to do something. I began going to my local YMCA and exercising every day for 2 hours. They kept track of my progress and doing 2 hours of exercise a day, I still only averaged 3 inches loss per month.

I heard about T-Tapp several months into my exercise routine and did a ton of reading on the website before deciding to order the Basic Workout Plus along with the Step Away the Inches. I did a 14-day boot camp with the Basic Workout and learned the techniques from Step Away the Inches that I used on daily walks. I didn't measure though. I went ahead and ordered the Total Workout because the Basic Workout had taken away my back pain and I wasn't having as many knee problems as I had before.

I did a boot camp with the Total Workout and lost 3 inches I was disappointed but decided to continue with it every other day because it was a good workout. When I went to measure a month later though, I had lost 15 inches just from doing every other day! I was thrilled. I got more sporadic in doing the workout though. I would do it off and on but not consistently. I still lost inches though.

Well, I just had a baby on April 30th and decided to use T-Tapp to get back into shape. I had the baby blues and T-Tapp seemed to help me clear my mind since I had to really think about what I was doing and it was time for myself. This time I did a boot camp doing Basic Workout Plus and Step Away the Inches back to back for 10 days. I measured 4 days into the boot camp and found that I lost 2 inches in 6 days. I continued on with the Total Workout every other day and in the first week, lost 6 inches. In the second week, lost almost 6 1/2 inches! So in 3 weeks, I have lost over 14 inches! I joined Habit Formers also to help keep me motivated and it has worked!

I just wanted to share that T-Tapp is the workout that really works! I will be a T-Taper for life now!
