I first found out about T-Tapp in the Special Edition of Women's Fitness, which I picked up at my local grocery store in Mississauga, Ontario. I watched the 90-minute seminar, which was included on a DVD and was totally blown away with how a slightly different approach to some simple exercises could feel so different. I read the magazine from cover to cover and focused particularly on the articles focused on T-Tapp. I was so interested that I went out the next day and bought the Fit and Fabulous book and read it from cover to cover. I am 46 years of age and was one of those slim teenagers who could eat anything they wanted and not gain an ounce. After the birth of my first child, my body changed and I gained weight progressively over successive years. I have been up and down over the years and the down’s have only been achieved with some weight training and treadmill walking/interval running as well as an adjustment to my diet of as few man made carbs as possible.

Every so often I sit down and assess my goals/dreams and one of my goals over the last few years has been to get fit and lose weight. I always start out with good intentions but usually very quickly fall off the fitness or diet routine. This year I decided to change my goal is it didn’t seem to be specific enough to achieve so I changed my goal to: Find a way to integrate fitness/health into my life so that it became second nature/habit rather than something that has to be done. I think this system fits that goal in so many different ways. After I saw the video and read the book, I focused on some of the moves in the seminar (shoulder rolls), walking with no big toe and a lot on the bent knee little toe posture whenever possible for a couple of weeks until I got my Total Work Out DVD’s and couldn't believe how much my posture etc improved just doing those few moves. I lost 8.5 inches in the two weeks of just trying to integrate some of the posture into my daily life as well as doing the Primary Back Stretch from the book. I have just completed 9 days of boot camp doing the Total Work Out and occasionally some Organs in Place and Half Frogs (which were on the DVD in the book). It is now about 4 weeks later and I've lost 18.5 inches mainly in my waist, abs and thighs. Those are usually the areas I lose the inches last on my previous diets/workout routines so I am very happy. However, inch loss is only one reason why I’m happy.

Over the last 10 years I had several episodes where my lower back ‘went out’ and I was in a lot of pain. The additional and most wonderful component of this T-Tapp program is the build up of spinal density from the inside out and the proper linear alignment. I can tell from the few weeks that I have been using the program that the improved linear alignment alone is helping not only my back but my right shoulder which has also given me a lot of grief over the years. I love the Primary Back Stretch. I currently am involved with a local music theatre group and we spend many hours standing during rehearsals. I try to sneak the bent knee little toe alignment posture in whenever we are standing completely still but after a full morning’s work, my back still gets tight and uncomfortable. At the lunch break, I do the Primary Back Stretch and I am fine for the rest of the afternoon.

Although it’s early in the use of this program, I can sense that it is something I will integrate into my life and it will definitely improve the quality of my life. It’s something that’s good for everyone and the benefits will far outweigh the time required to do the workout. That’s because you can integrate so many of its principles into things you do every hour of the day…how you sit, walk, stand and sleep. Thank you Teresa. Your destiny obviously was to be involved in circumstances that enabled you to develop this program, and I thank you for following through and communicating the valuable results to as many people as you can. Your thoroughness and method are very effective as can be seen by the amazing results of the other ‘Success Stories’.

Sincerely,
