I have 8 children and have gained much weight and inches since my 95-pound high school days! ;-) I heard from a fellow homeschooling mom about a gal who'd lost 70 pounds and went from a tight 14 to a size 0 and I was VERY interested! I finally did the 14-day bootcamp just doing the 15 minute Basic Workout Plus and couldn't believe my eyes when I'd lost so many inches in 12 days. The most significant losses were 3 1/2 inches off my waist and 3 inches off my hips!
