Tara's T-Tapp Testimonial, May 2010:

Hi, my name is Tara Chatzakis. I am a 39 year old mother of three beautiful girls, aged 10, 8, & 5. My husband is Greek and we live on the island of Crete. We love living here and I believe that my daughters are extremely lucky to be brought up bi-lingual. They have two mother tongues, Greek and English.

I work teaching, mainly, Greek children the English Language. I love my job and get great satisfaction working with all age groups. My husband is in the same profession, so it’s helpful to swap notes!

Let me tell you my story from the beginning.

My battle with the bulge started in my teens. I was always on a diet of some sort, and my body found itself either starved or overfed. I tried everything. Some diets, of course, did work but, as with everyone, as soon as I stopped dieting the weight started to creep back on again. Usually accompanied by a few extra friends.

I knew that I also had to exercise to get in shape, so I tried nearly every exercise programme too! It was always the same story. I joined a gym to work out with weights, I stopped going to the gym and working out with weights. I started attending aerobics classes, I got bored of aerobics classes! Then I had the children and I found it increasingly impossible to find the time and the motivation to go out and exercise, so I started down the ‘exercise at home’ road.

I bought numerous DVDs that I probably still have somewhere in a box! I bought a variety of machines for the ‘ultimate at-home-workout’, something that my husband still insists on making jokes about. I have to admit, I was pretty foolish. I spent loads of money and never saw any results.

In 2009 I saw a headline, in one of my online newsletters, that caught my eye. It promised an insight into how to get rid of cellulite and why women have it. Well, since I had recently found that the combination of my age and my diet was encouraging the rapid growth of a radiant orange peel looking skin, I thought I’d better take a look! That’s how I found T-Tapp. The article talked about T-Tapp’s CRT (cellulite removal system).

I read the article and was impressed. I then visited the website and took a look at the DVD workouts on offer. I chose to start with the CRT system, Fit & Fabulous Book and the Total Body Workout. My supplies arrived in the spring of 2009. I started straight away with the Basic 15 minute Workout and body brushing and found it easy and effective. I started losing inches immediately, and as a result my imagination started running away with me. I pictured myself, as I always do at the beginning of any new exercise programme, being fit and healthy and feeling great!

Well, even though I lost inches that spring the summer came and I still felt frumpy. So instead of continuing I did what I did best, and quit. I didn’t think about the inch loss I’d had, I concentrated on that fact that it hadn’t been the miracle that I was expecting.

I dabbled, on and off throughout the rest of 2009, although there was no real commitment on my part. Then I received an invitation from T-Tapp to take part in a 30 day challenge, starting in January 2010. It was just what I needed. I signed up as soon as I could and I haven’t looked back since!

This time around I am doing my T-Tapp the right way. I could feel that difference immediately ( I was doing it sloppily the last time). This time I concentrated on what I was doing, after all I had promised T-Tapp that I would! So I religiously did my workouts and this time I not only saw results but felt them too.

I have much more energy now, thanks to T-Tapp. I actually crave my workouts because I know that I really will feel better afterwards. I also body buff every time I take a shower as it makes my skin feel fabulous!

I have lost 30 inches but I still have a way to go. This time though I won’t be quitting as I have incorporated T-Tapp into my way of life. Instead of trying to squeeze a workout into my spare time I’m marking my workouts down, on my calendar as an appointment that I won’t miss.

I’m not obsessed with how quickly I lose inches now because I know that I will lose something every week and I know that this is working for me. I concentrate more on the feeling of wellbeing that I get from being a T-Tapper. I feel so revitalized when I workout, something that I have never experienced from any other workout, that I can’t wait to do it.

Since starting I have also incorporated the Hit the Floor workout, Step Away and Tempo. I have started using the B12 and PG sprays and T-Tapp’s alfalfa. I want to do all the workouts, unfortunately there just aren’t enough days in the week! (never thought I’d say that!!). I hope to become a T-Tapp Trainer in the future and help others feel as good as I do. This workout is not for life, it’s a way of life!
