"I love T-Tapp!" This is what I tell all my friends. And anyone who has known me for even a little while looks at me like I'm a little strange because they know that I have always hated the very idea of exercising!

I am 36 years old, a Christian and a homeschool mom. I have struggled with my weight for almost all of my adult life. I am an emotional eater and have often times turned to food to make me feel better, rather than turning to God. I've found programs over the years that have helped me to lose weight - only to put it back on again when stressful situations make an entrance to my life. Over the last few months, though, I have done two things that I believe will change my life forever. The first was eliminating sugar and white processed flour from my diet about five months ago. After doing quite a bit of research on good carbs and bad carbs, I decided to give it a try. Within a week I started feeling much better and the pounds started coming off. I have lost just over thirty pounds so far.

This was a great start for me - but I knew that I still needed to do more in order to truly be healthy from the inside out. I knew that I needed to get more exercise. But I've never liked exercising. I've never found a program that I could stick with. I even have access to a free recreation center filled with workout equipment - but I could never seem to get myself motivated enough to go there and use it! I always felt that I was setting myself up to fail...again...so why bother. Then I came across T-Tapp - and I believe that this program has changed my life.

Knowing that I had been successful in my commitment to healthy eating for over five months now, I figured that perhaps I now had the motivation I needed to commit to exercising as well. I read through Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes and tried the DVD in the back of the book. I was amazed at the concept and the exercises. I didn't have to go dancing around my living room looking like a goofball! Nothing was high-impact. I could actually DO this! So, I decided to give T-Tapp a real try. I ordered the Total Workout (which includes the Basic Workout.) After only four weeks of doing T-Tapp (usually no more than 15-20 minutes a day - and not even every day) I have lost 25.25 inches! I had been feeling great after making changes to my eating habits - but after doing T-Tapp I feel even better still! It's simply amazing! I have more energy than I've had in, well, for as long as I can remember. The best part is..I LOVE doing T-Tapp. I never would have thought that possible - but I actually can't wait to do it each day because it energizes me for the day. I know that God loves us no matter what size we are or what we eat. Nothing could ever change that. But with the energy that I've gained from doing T-Tapp, I finally feel like I am the person that God created me to be. Each day is a gift from Him - and now I have the energy to not waste a single minute of it!
