Dear Teresa,
I am writing to let you know that I have been doing the T-tapp Tapes for one week. That one week has made such a difference in my life that I must share it with others.
For the past 10 years I have had chronic back and neck pain. It started with my first pregnancy. I would suffer from severe headaches for days at a time. I would be taking Tylenol and my husband would massage my neck, Nothing would work. I would be hunched over and in terrible pain unable to turn my head from side to side. I was constantly miserable.
I would go to chiropractors and have my neck and back adjusted. This did relieve some of the discomfort, but it would return within days. After delivering my children the headaches wouldn't come as frequent, but they would still come.
I would be sitting at work hunched over my computer keyboard with constant pain in my shoulders and lower back. It has been going on for such a long time that I thought this is how I am going to live the rest of my life. I was fearful that the pain in my neck/back and headaches would increase with age. I resigned myself to a life of misery with back/neck pain and terrible headaches.
I thought that if I lost some of the weight I gained with the pregnancies that I might relieve some of the pain.
I just happened to see T-Tapp on TV and the success stories. So I thought I would give it a try.
I received the tapes on March 17th and didn't do anything with them until March 20th. I did the first tape and I swear my back felt so good after I was done I was in shock.
I thought this must be a fluke. No way one day of doing tape 1 is my back going to feel this good. My muscles felt loose and I was actually standing up straight without straining. I was bracing myself for the sore muscles but instead felt R-E-L-I-E-F! For the first time in 10 years I feel great!
