Certified T-Tapp Trainer
Hi! My name is Diane Adamick and I am from Belleville Michigan. I came across T-Tapp in August of 2001 through an article in Woman’s World Magazine. I began my T-Tapp journey in October of 2001 at the age of 38. Up until this time, I had tried everything out there but was slowly losing the battle of the bulge. Any woman in her late 30’s can likely relate to the increase in inches that begins to creep up with no apparent warning. Although I was fairly fit when I started T-Tapping, I was in complete awe of how it made me feel. I stayed super-glued to the T-Tapp Forum for information, motivation, and support. I’ve met the best group of gals that one could want in one's life within the T-Tapp Forum over the years.
Now, I am what you would call a ‘slow loser’. So slow in fact, it took me over NINE months to see any measurable results. Disappointing? Frustrating? You bet it was! However, I just knew that T-Tapp would work, if I worked it! Day after day, I read story after story of people who had found fabulous results with T-Tapp. If they could do it, so could I! Of course, these nine months of working T-Tapp was not without merit. I had an incredible sense of balance beginning to develop. My posture improved as well as my strength. And, the best testimonial of all is that for the first time in my menstrual life I was getting twelve (12) periods a year! Up until T-Tapp, I had only averaged eight per year. Talk about rebuilding your health and metabolic process!
