Hi! My name is Esther Choi Williams. I am married and currently live in Princeton, NJ. If you've been lurking on this website reading and rereading everything because T-Tapp sounds too good to be true, you aren't alone. My first reaction to T-Tapp was exactly the same! Too good to be true. It took me a month of reading everything on the website before I had enough confidence in it to place my order. I am so glad I did because it's helped me break out of my workout prison.

I've always been very active growing up. As a child, I figure skated. In high school, I was busy with cheerleading, and just for fun, I also took up running. In college, I continued to run but discovered lap swimming so I started swimming a mile everyday. To mix it all up, I joined Hapkido, a Korean martial art, and got my black belt in it in my mid-20's. Then I decided to get really "serious" about working out.

My job paid for most of the membership to a gym that was on the premises so I started going everyday. Then it turned into twice a day, 3-5x per week, plus long runs on the weekends with my running club. Lunch time was usually a cardiovascular workout and at night, I would weight train. Someone at the gym dubbed me "CV-Girl" (CardioVascular Girl) because I ran so much.

I recall that I was in excellent shape but my body was getting bulkier from weight training and running too many miles. Yes, running too many miles made me bulk up. By the time I turned 28, I started to hold weight in my arms, thighs and butt. I couldn't believe how much I was working out and still gaining! Frustrating. So, like a good gym rat, I added extra time to my running, added more reps to my weight training and incorporated spinning 2-3x per week.

Overtraining finally caught up with me, not only physically but mentally. I had severe pain in my knee that made me hobble home in tears after only 3 miles, but I sincerely believed that you had to huff and puff in order to keep the weight off so I continued to run with the pain. Then one day, I realized that I was a slave to running, to working out, to losing weight. I was so concerned with my outside appearance that I didn't, no couldn't, see what I was doing to myself. I had completely lost my body-mind connection. I was tired. I needed to find a balance in my life.

It was so fortunate that I was surfing the web and found T-Tapp a couple of weeks after I decided to break out of the workout prison. As I mentioned before, it was really hard to believe that you can actually get a good workout without jumping or lifting weights. Also, it said that once you achieved your goal, you only had to workout 2-3 times per week to maintain. I've never heard of anything like that before.

Since purchasing the T-Tapp workout, I have been doing the workout exclusively. Contrary to what I thought would happen to my body, I started to lean out and gain better cardiovascular strength. I have muscle definition that I couldn't achieve with weight training - much longer, prettier muscles!

My workout time is a quarter of what it used to be, yet I am seeing greater results faster. It was after seeing results for myself that I realized T-Tapp program is about working out SMARTER, not longer and harder.

For icing on the cake, I was blown away by T-Tapp's rehabilitative effects. This workout is complete in that it works to fix you from the inside out. After only a couple weeks of doing T-Tapp, my elimination system was back on track. A huge deal for me. Also, I was able to rehab my shoulder from a snowboarding accident almost a year ago. My chiropractor and doctor were unable to help me.

I believe in T-Tapp and what it can do for you mentally, physically and emotionally. I want to help those who want to break out of their workout prison and reestablish their body-mind connection; I want to share with women that it's not about being able to run a marathon or fit into a size ___ (fill in the blank); rather, it's about being and feeling well from the inside, which in turn, shows on the outside.

With T-Tapp, changes in physical appearance is a given… but the additional benefits that come with it are priceless.
