Greetings! My name is Jennifer Haber, I am 55 years old.

Upon reviewing my career path, which has included retail sales and administrative jobs, I decided to make a change. A big change! Past jobs have required me to sit in front of a computer all day and I began realizing the older I became the more difficult sitting all day became.

Before T-Tapp, I would work out mornings in hopes of offsetting the sitting and the menopausal mid-section spread. I made very little progress with that battle. I did a myriad of exercise programs including lots of gym time with mediocre results and the bulking-up of my short torso body. I felt I would forever be stuck at a size 14/16. As well working out, required a four a.m. wake-up call.

I learned about T-Tapp from a news web page offering the names of the top ten exercise videos. When I saw the name T-Tapp listed as a top ten workout, I was intrigued. It was such an unusual name for a workout and I had never heard of it. So, I clicked the link to T-Tapp’s website to take a look. I was impressed by what I read and decided to purchase the Total Workout DVD.

I also have back issues. When I was diagnosed with a Lumbar Facet Cyst the doctor was amazed I could still work out! He was ready to do surgery. However, I told him about how with the T-Tapp workout, as long as I keep up with the workouts, I am pain free. Plus, now that I am T-Tapping, I can –sleep an extra hour, no travel and no gym membership required, a definite added benefit!

I began T-Tapping in June of 2004. The results were nothing short of miraculous! In just a few weeks I went from a size 14/16 to a size 10/12 without changing my eating habits in any way. In 2006, I enrolled and completed the online T-Tapp course offered by Trainer Lani Muelrath and attended several of her clinics. It was through this class I learned there was a lot more to T-Tapp than just movement. I decided that I wanted to become a T-Tapp Trainer in 2006.

Through the Mentoring program required to become a T-Tapp Trainer I was taken to another level of T-Tapping under the careful instruction of my Mentor, Trainer Esther Williams, and I lost an additional 18 inches! I look better now than I have in years. My family and friends are amazed!

I completed a personal trainer program with International Fitness Professional Association, a requirement to becoming a certified T-Tapp Trainer. In November 2006, I realized my goal and earned a certification in Total Workout and Hit The Floor and now can proudly call myself a T-Tapp Trainer.

I passionately believe in the T-Tapp method and I am on a quest to continue learning and perfecting my form. There are so many layers involved in the workout. It is true that the more I perform Teresa's patented moves, the more difficult the workout becomes. My posture has improved; my understanding of the muscular/skeletal system has increased. Even my overall outlook on life has changed. I am delighted to be a Certified Trainer. It has been a fantastic journey and I now have the opportunity to share the good news with everyone I meet.
