Certified T-Tapp Trainer
Hi, I’m Judy Hartman. I want to tell you how T-Tapp has enriched my life. I have studied health and fitness all of my adult life. I began consuming a God made diet at age twenty-one. Therefore, I have enjoyed optimum health all of these years and including now at age sixty-eight. I have had no need for medications of any kind all of my adult life, only food as God made it.
T-Tapp has brought flexibility, agility, strength, stamina, and mental clarity that I feel so blessed to have. T-Tapp is the most comprehensive workout in the world. Every single cell is exercised. My whole body feels alive and ready for the day after my morning workout. I can do the Primary Back Stretch during the day when my back becomes stiff from sitting at the computer. I can do Hoe Downs when I need an energy boost. I really enjoy doing the T-Tapp twist from my horse's back! Sometimes I do Oil Wells as I am cleaning Yahzi’s hooves as I move from hoof to hoof. The Lady Bug workout is absolutely wonderful for the hip flexibility I need for riding, especially riding bareback.
Becoming a Personal Trainer with IFPA (International Fitness Professionals Association) was a joy for me at age sixty-six. I became a T-Tapp trainer first of all for my own personal fitness. I have an Arabian horse, Yasmin Eastcoast (Yahzi), that I am taking through the levels of Parelli Natural Horsemanship and beginning Natural Dressage. I am completing Level II right now. T-Tapp and Parelli fit together perfectly. One of my goals is to take T-Tapp to the equine world.
So very often as I swing my leg onto Yahzi, I am thankful to have both legs. When I was in the eighth grade, I discovered that I could no longer get my foot in the stirrup to mount my horse, Daisy Mae. My mother took me to a doctor who put me into the hospital for an operation with the plan to amputate my leg in order to save my life. There was a grapefruit-sized malignant, octopus-like tumor on my left hip. The doctor was able to save the leg, but removed my entire gluteous maximus. If I did not exercise, my hip and leg would stiffen and I would walk with a limp. I am able to use my body as leverage to stretch those remaining muscles that need to be stretched. T-Tapp is close to miraculous for me. I still can’t do balance very well but my core continues to strengthen.
My goal is to do balance without leaning to one side or using my arm to keep my balance. What I love about T-Tapp is that you never arrive. There is always a higher level of fitness to reach. Another goal is to share with people with any kind of handicap that they can do T-Tapp at whatever level they are, and absolutely excellent benefit from it, and continue to increase in strength and flexibility right where they are.
My husband, Jack, and I write Christian books. We are writing a book about every eighteen months to two years. We send them free of charge world-wide to pastors and leaders in Third World nations. I must be in optimal health in order to travel to these nations. Both the traveling and the conditions in the countries require stamina.
I took T-Tapp to India where I have been seven times since 1999. You have to picture the very shy Indian ladies and girls doing Hoe Downs! Introducing a life-changing activity to ladies who do not normally exercise is a joy. I plan to return to India in 2008. Zambia will be next!
As a senior I am enjoying participating in a tennis league, hitting golf balls at the driving range, teaching my grandchildren to ride Yahzi, play tennis, play golf, cantering Yahzi bareback, and meeting with Teresa Tapp four mornings a week (when she is in town) with the Daybreak Divas, a privilege I treasure. As I observe other seniors, I see that the quality of life becomes compromised. Another goal is to introduce T-Tapp to seniors so that they can gain their bodies back from stiffness and pain and enjoy life to the fullest again. I am preparing a book on Fast Food Raw Food with smoothies, salads, wraps, and crackers all made with cell-feeding food that is still alive. I am preparing a raised organic garden and will provide that information in a booklet as well. I have the goal of entering a Triathalon (3k run, 1 mile swim, and 12 mile bike). I will post when I reach this goal.
I graduated from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California in 1961 with a BA in Elementary Education. I have taught school at different times for a total of thirteen years, both public and Christian schools, including founding, serving as superintendent and teaching at a school on our ranch, Ladder Creek Youth Ranch with became Omega Ranch, in Scott City, Kansas, where I was a co-founder and co-director. I earned a Master’s Degree in Secondary Reading at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley in 1986. I completed YWAM Crossroads Discipleship Training (DTS) in Concord, New Hampshire in 1989. I attended three different Bible schools over the years.
I am a perpetual student. I believe that Teresa Tapp is a gift to all of us. She cares deeply for each individual as you already know if you have seen her in person. Watch her schedule to see if she is coming to your area. She has multiplied herself many times through T-Tapp trainers all over the world. See if there is one in your area. With Teresa and with any trainer you will learn how your body functions. You will become aware of every muscle group. You will begin to walk tall and with a twinkle in your eyes as your ribs are up, knees are out, and you are walking on the last three toes. T-Tapp is a secret that the whole world needs to know! T-Tapping with bring a joy of living into anyone’s life!
Blessed to be a blessing,
Judy Hartman
