My name is Katarina Creedon and as a new T-Tapp trainer, I would like to introduce myself and tell of my journey leading to the door of Better Body Basics.
My story does not entail huge weight or inch loss, but more so a deepened sense of the female physiology, muscle density vs. muscle bulk and core metabolism, all of this found in Teresa Tapp's extraordinary system. Two years ago I had found myself having gradually gained some weight, so I, with great determination of getting rid of it, signed up at the local gym. To my despair and despite my great efforts, I was gaining instead of loosing! This was a very depressing realization and at 153 lbs I felt quite frustrated. It was at this point in my life that I stumbled across Teresa's web site and I knew immediately in my heart that this woman was putting words and explanation to my own creeping suspicions that traditional exercise might NOT do for you what you had in mind.
So I purchased her system and lost 2 sizes in 4.5 weeks and of course I was ecstatic and sold on the whole idea and still am. Even more so, I am thrilled to have become a trainer and to be able to teach this unique system and furthermore integrate the techniques in my work with my patients. In the future I hope to be able to bring this system to my home country Sweden-Sverige.
A big thank you Teresa, from the bottom of my heart, for having such a great vision for all of us women with less than perfect genetic makeup.
