Lani Muelrath, M.A., is an award-winning holistic lifestyle mentor and coach who brings over 30 years of experience in fitness and physical education teaching and training to her position as Head T-Tapp trainer.
As guest lecturer in the Kinesiology Department at San Francisco State University, as well as a credentialed teacher at both the College, Secondary, and Elementary levels, Lani has taught fitness, physical education and T-Tapp via multiple venues.
Originally trained in dance, Lani began her teaching career in Yoga and Dance and obtained her Fine Arts degree. Continued involvement in the world of movement and health led to a Master's Degree in Physical Education with multiple credentials and certifications of instruction, among others the Physicalmind Institute of New Mexico (Pilates), American Council on Exercise.
She developed the Aerobic Fitness Department in several west coast facilities, and was recruited to establish the group fitness department and train staff at Northwest Women's Health Clubs in Seattle, WA. Her work in education has included wellness programs including the design and instruction of Stress Reduction and Fitness courses for teachers. She also created and starred in "Lani’s All Heart Aerobics" for CBS-TV, where she has been featured as Fitness Expert.
Based in Northern California at Lani Muelrath Fitness International, Lani teaches T-Tapp and fitness in her classes at Butte College and San Francisco State University, via private training and coaching, and Web Cam training and special fitness events.
