Certified T-Tapp Trainer
Hi, I'm Pam Bennett (PamHockey25 on the forums). I picked my forum name because playing ice hockey is one
of my favorite activities. I am a certified T-Tapp trainer, and an IFPA certified personal trainer. My
day job is writing software documentation, so I know what it's like to labor over a keyboard for long
hours. I'm 50+ years young, married, and the mother of two young adults. I live in Ann Arbor ,
Michigan—Go Blue!
I started Tapping in October of 2003. At that time, I considered myself to be close to goal, so I wasn’t
sure if I was going lose any sizes, but I was sure I could tone up more. I am extremely happy with the
results I’ve achieved so far. I am down three sizes and working on the fourth. I am a lifetime member of
Weight Watchers and even worked there as a receptionist. Although I achieved my weight loss goals at
Weight Watchers, I didn't achieve my size goals until I added T-Tapp. Now I can even eat whatever I want!
Furthermore, even as an exercising Weight Watcher, I still experienced problems with weight fluxuations,
and actually had to lose my weight twice. The difference is that the second time I was Tapping and the
weight has stayed off for over two years now.
I didn't start playing team sports until I was in my 40s, so I don't consider myself a natural athlete.
When I started playing soccer, I discovered the world of home workout videos! I tried them all—the Firm,
Cathe, Tae Bo, Gilad, Richard Simmons, Beach Bodies, Leslie Sansone. I never got the results I wanted
until I started T-Tapp.
I found T-Tapp in a book I was reading, and soon ordered my first set of workouts. Of course I thought I
would quickly master the Instructional DVDs because I'd been working out at home for so long. Boy was I
wrong! Mastering the Instructionals is definitely an ongoing challenge.
When I attended my first retreat and met Teresa and the other Trainers, I knew I wanted to be a part of
the T-Tapp team. Many people who know me come to me and ask what I'm doing to stay in shape. When they
find out I'm a trainer, they ask if I can help them achieve the same results. My answer is "Yes you can!"
One life event I feared was going through menopause. I have asthma that is triggered by hormones, and I
was worried that when I hit menopause the asthma would flare up and I would have to take steroids again.
Through Tapping and using alfalfa, I experienced very minimal menopausal issues and never did have any
asthma problems at all. What a relief!
One of the things I love most about Tapping is how easy it is to incorporate it into your everyday life.
I do shoulder rolls and Hoe Downs at work, and I make sure I walk ‘shoulders back, chest out, knee little
toe.’ I even find myself standing KLT when I’m working around the house! Another side benefit is that my
visits to the chiropractor have been practically eliminated since Tapping keeps my back aligned.
If you are as enthusiastic about learning T-Tapp as I am about sharing it, please contact me

T-Tapp is not just a workout--it’s a way of life.
