If you are wondering what an exotic looking German is doing on an American website (I am half American, which I am very proud of), the only thing I can tell you is that with T-Tapp I found the perfect workout for me. That is why 3 years ago I decided to become the first European T-Tapp Trainer!
I am a teacher who is not teaching because I was a stay-at-home-mom until I discovered T-Tapp. I always used to love almost all kind of sport. That is why I also graduated in physical education along with business management.
My name is Verena Trautmann, I am a 35-year-old wife and mother of two beautiful kids, a boy aged 5 and a cute little blond princess aged 4. Although I graduated in physical education and business management, I was a stay-at-home mom until I discovered T-Tapp.
While I was in quite good shape after two pregnancies within 2 years, I was no longer really happy with the way I was looking. I started going to the gym four times a week, which was fun but did not bring me the results I was hoping for. Even though there were positive changes to be seen, I became kind of bulky from working with the weights and alas did not lose inches where I wanted: abdomen, waist, legs and butt.
In the summer of 2000 my mother (she of all people) "discovered" the T-Tapp website. She only glanced at first but became fascinated by what she was reading. She downloaded 3 exercises and began doing them right away. Within 3 weeks she lost almost 3 inches in her waist and her leg/butt line looked much more sexy than before. She always wanted to lose in her waist but never succeeded with other exercises. The most amazing thing was that she reached her goal by only doing 3 exercises out of the workout. These obvious changes immediately caught my eye and I ordered the tapes right away. After starting the tapes in July 2000, I ended up losing more than 8 inches within the first eight weeks …that was the beginning of a passion that will never end!
