I’m not new to T-Tapp, but it’s been over a year since I worked out & I’ve never completed a 14-day bootcamp, so this 2-week challenge was my motivation. This has been such a rewarding experience & a blessing! Before I did my final measurements, I said that even if I didn’t lose a single inch, I am going to keep up my regular workouts- I feel so good! I stand taller, my energy level is so much improved & I’m better able to handle my daily stress (a must with a 3 year-old & a 10 month-old!). As a bonus, my lower back pain is so much better & even the minor anterior prolapse I developed after my last pregnancy seems to be improving. I’m excited to see what’s in store as I continue.
