I had an upper respiratory infection towards the end of the first week which prevented me from working out. As you can see I put the time down when I worked out… Because of my schedule it was easier for me to work out later in the evening. I find that because of my body that if I work out in the morning it is too exhausting for me to have strength for the rest of the day. I love T tapp and the benefits of gives me. My struggle is consistency.  Even though I had to leave to go out of town I was able to do workouts a few times. I see my body has made some shifts and shows some inch loss. I have included the pics I was able to get using a full length mirror at the place I was staying. Thank you.
