|Total Inches Lost:||5|
When I saw the announcement of this challenge, of course I was going to be a part of it! My perimenopausal body has a mind of its own and the measurements have been going up and down so I was interested to see how it would respond to shorter workouts in a short period of time.
I have recently realized that I have not been bending my knees as far, or curling my core as much as I have in the past, so that was a focus of mine during the challenge.
There were mornings that I woke up exhausted from not being able to sleep the night before (3 nights in a row actually), but I made sure to work out and put my all into it. Frankly, the workouts helped me get through the days and also helped my brain to work better!
The second week of this challenge, I began to notice changes. Half way through the week, the band of my bra started fitting quite a bit looser. I thought that maybe I had stretched it out. So when I measured today and found that 3/4 of an inch was gone, the looseness made sense! On Friday my belly was flatter and the bloat was gone!
All together, I lost 5 inches in key places and am amazed. Why I am amazed is beyond me since I have been T-Tapping for 17 years, however I continue to be amazed with the results that come with this amazing workout!!
Thank you for having this challenge at this time of year! It was exactly what I needed!
