I’m so excited about losing 6 3/4 inches and 4 pounds in just 2 weeks during this challenge! T-Tapp exercises & eating healthy foods are the key to health and wellness for me. There has been such an improvement in my energy, mood and sleep since I started being consistent with T-tapp exercises & eating healthier just 12 weeks ago. I’ve also lost 20 pounds (2 clothing sizes) in that time period. Amazing! I am very thankful for exercises that truly help rehabilitate my body from past neck, shoulder & back injuries.
