Essay:  This has been one of the most rewarding challenges I have ever done and I have done many in my past. I was always very athletic in my past and enjoyed the challenges of ultra running, triathlons, cycling, snowshoeing, and kayaking. My first ultra marathon was at the age of 48. Age did not seem to be a problem. I am turning 64 this summer and had seen my desire to keep training and working out slipping away these past 2 years. Last year my sister introduced me to T-Tapp and while I said I would try it, I did not do it faithfully. She asked me to try the 60 day challenge and I thought it would be great to keep up with my twin. This has been an incredible journey along with the support and fun we have given each other through it all. My energy level is super as well as the changes in my shape. I am enjoying being outdoors taking care of all my flowers and vegetable garden beds.

Comments: The reshaping of my body, arms/pecs/back and legs has been amazing. And as Teresa says, “who needs weights, not with T-Tapp!” I lost weight and inches replacing fat with pretty muscles. Im so excited to be able to get into clothes I haven’t been able to wear for three years. Teresa’s program really works! Give yourself a pat on the back and make these life long changes.
