Essay:  I can’t believe this was my third challenge! Another snapshot into my T-Tapp journey….a journey of up’s and down’s, victories and disappointments, life challenges and changes….all of which have required faith, tenacity, and endurance. It’s amazing to me what my T-Tapp journey has taught me about myself as much as it has enhanced my physical health and strength. It has shown me how much mental strength I could dig up to keep going in the midst of so many challenges and changes the past year….from adjusting to relocating last year, homeschooling two of my children, and pursuing a new business. It has given me the “Yes You Can” mindset in all those areas. Finding and maintaining time for me became a real challenge.

 

I don’t think the benefits of T-Tapp will ever stop amazing me… I love feeling strong in my daily activities; moving strong. I love how it’s an effective tool that can battle depression, hormone imbalances, my sluggish lymphatic system, muscle imbalances, all while I lose inches and gain strength! I often think , where would I be without T-Tapp? I’m very thankful for your strength, tenacity, persistence, and generosity in sharing T-Tapp with all of us! It’s so much more than a workout!
