Essay:   My name is Renee Hutchison and i know that T-Tapp is the best exercise out there. I discovered T-Tapp in 2001 in Women’s World Magazine and actually attended the Safety Harbor Retreat in 2003. It was so awesome to work out with Teresa and see all the people that I had interacted with on the Forum and meet the people who had such great success.

I have never had any workout start to change my body so fast. Over the years it has helped with various health issues, lowered my cholesterol, cured my plantar fasciitis, helped me with my problem knees, improved my posture and of course there was the inch loss. I have always fallen off the wagon over and over again due to life and laziness getting in the way.

This year I decided to enter the 60 Day Challenge. I was really gung-ho at first and i worked out fairly consistently for the first 6 weeks. A massive remodeling project at my house has derailed me. I have also been dealing with a problem with my right leg. I was laid off from my job after 33 and 1/2 years and my body is adjusting to be being more active from sitting for so long. Between 2/21/2016 and 4/8/2016 I completed 21 Basic Workout Plus, 5 extra sets of Hoe Downs, 9 Half-Frog/OIP, 3 Awesome legs, 4 Uptown Funk Hoe Downs and 1 extra Primary Back Stretch. Based on my calculations I have lost 29 inches and 8 pounds. I think this is pretty amazing considering that was about 400 minutes of exercise in 6 weeks.

I am very happy with my results and plan to continue, because my doctor wants me to lose 40 pounds this year and to be able to reverse my type II diabetes. I know I use hoedowns to bring down my blood sugar if I eat something I should not. I do check it sometimes before and after. I want to thank Teresa for creating something that is so helpful and for truly wanting to make people healthy and happy. Such a wonderful community.
