Health Improvements No adrenal or pituitary glands, type 2 diabetes, neuropathy in both feet, asthma, hypothyroidism, nerve damage lower back, osteoporosis, depression, anxiety, growth hormone deficient, total hysterectomy. I am 47 years young.

Essay:   Since I started T-Tapp I have been keeping track of my progress by journaling. I think submitting some exerpts from my journal is the best way to show my progress and my joy in T-Tapp.  I must say T-Tapp Fit and Fabulous in 15 minutes has changed my life.

I was introduced to T-Tapp by Dr. Karen Thames. Before T-Tapp starting January 15, 2016 I weighed 200 pounds and was on the couch sick everyday. I had been suffering with adrenal insufficiency from having had Cushing’s disease. I also have diabetes type II, which has improved. Fibromyalgia which has improved. Knee pain from a knee replacement gone wrong, knee pain improved. Severe lower back pain, which has improved. I am off my twice a day Diladid 8 mg pain medication. I very rarely take. Depression gone! My immune system was severely compromised, I had sepsis twice in December 2015, so far health has greatly improved. No adrenal crisis’s. I am just over the moon at what T-Tapp has done for me. It is the medication that I needed. My thyroid went high which did help me lose weight. But now that’s its normalized I am still losing weight and inches. 2 weeks into this challenge I have lost 15.25 inches. WOW that’s all I can say.

I want to win this challenge to prove to myself that #YESYOUCAN. I can do it and all on my own. With just me and Teresa and her team on the T-Tapp DVDs. I am able to get off the couch. I eat healthier. I really have a chance at winning. I have gone from a size 14 to a 6. My belly can get a bit smaller, but I don’t look pregnant anymore. I can wear a bathing suit now, a one piece of course.

Besides T-Tapp I have been dry brushing, taking alfalfa, PG spray and love it all. I even use the teeth whitening spray and am getting braces. My oldest daughter said “ your too old for braces” I am only 47 for goodness sake. I have bought many of the dvd’s to keep my self doing different exercises every other day and T-Tapp Basic+ on my off days. If I don’t exercise I feel my pain a lot more and don’t have as much energy. I have to exercise everyday. In a very short amount of time it became a habit. I go put my exercise clothes and workout shoes on and off I go, to the living room.

I spoke too soon. I got an infection in my toe and it put me into an adrenal crisis. Right in the middle of the competition. I was taken by ambulance to the ER and admitted to the hospital. I was there for 24 hours . I was given mass amounts of steroids. So I gained some weight but am still in my size 6. They gave me 5 liters of fluids. So I have all of that to lose. This week I gained .25 inches. But before that so far my loss was 22 inches.

So sitting at week 4 going into 5 I am at a 21.75 inch loss. And back to T-Tapping tomorrow. In my mind I am saying what you always say “#YESYOUCAN”. And I will. *I have been doing T-Tapp almost daily. I still have some upper body and belly I need to work on. So I bought Brain Body Fitness. It’s challenging but in a good way. I need to work on my balance so I’m doing BWO+ every other day.

Off to Seattle I go for 5 days. I’m taking my computer to do my workouts. The only problem is I’ve had 2 adrenal crisis’s in the past two weeks. So I’ve been on a higher dose of hydrocortisone. I hope that does not make me gain inches but if it does. I’ll lose them again. Seattle for 5 days was a blast. BUT I had to take 30 mg of hydrocortisone when I normally take 20 mg. I did this to keep out of the ER. I was great. No ER. I felt amazing. All my clothes fit me like a glove. I think I did gain some weight but I know I will quickly lose that.

To my surprise I did not gain weight. I guess doing T-Tapp faithfully during my vacation worked. I am still in my size 6 and happy with this size. I did not measure this week so next week when I do measure I will be pleasantly surprised. I know I will be.  I did gain 4.75 inches. But I did a lot of walking and Linda’s theory was it was inflammation. So I’m not too worried.

I did a Skype session with Linda Osmond. It was very enlightening and she is great. I learned that I do not stand with my feet straight so Linda recommended Senior fitness and Hit the floor. To make my muscles remember after so long on the couch. I also signed up for the conversation with Kristen Kancler and you. It was very enlightening as well.

So far since I’ve started T-Tapp January 15th I’ve lost 53.75 inches and 47 pounds. That is something to celebrate. Whoo hoo!!!! I find myself standing taller and sitting up straighter. This is what I’ve needed all of my life. I get compliments all of the time. People notice a change. My final results for the 60 day challenge starting February 20th are: I’ve lost 26.75 inches and 9 pounds. Whoo hoo!!! I’m am so happy. This challenge has kept me in check with almost daily exercise with the benefit of losing weight and several inches. I really want to win this challenge so I can go learn more. I want to make sure I’m doing my form right every time. And I would be a good person to promote what T-Tapp can do. Thank you for this opportunity, and challenge.
