Essay:  First off, I’m so glad I did this challenge! I’ve done T-tapp on and off over the years but haven’t seemed to keep consistent so I thought maybe the challenge would help kickstart me back into a routine. So not only have I lost more inches than I expected, but my energy and health have improved so much over these past sixty days. The only workout I used was Bwo+tempo. Those 18 minutes a day make all the difference for me! In the beginning of the challenge I was struggling through my day just trying to get done what I could and take care of my very energetic two year old and three year old, to say the least I couldn’t keep up. By the afternoon when they took naps I just wanted to join them. With T-tapp I have energy all day long and a much clearer head to get things done. Throughout this challenge I missed about three weeks altogether with sickness and an issue with my neck and shoulder. (Which T-tapp has helped and is almost completely gone)So I wasn’t as consistent as I would have liked but I’ve still gotten amazing results. The inch loss is wonderful, but for me the energy I’ve gotten is so makes it all worth it even If I didn’t lose an inch. I’m so thankful for a workout that doesn’t feel overwhelming. Everybody has 18 minutes.
