Essay:  This was my second 60 day challenge and it met with many challenges! My house has been full of sickness this winter and early spring and with little ones who rarely sleep, my body is worn down and it is hard to find time to fit in exercise! Most of the stress in my life is just a part of the season of life I’m in and not fixable! Instead of being discouraged by that, I choose to focus on the things that I CAN change and ways I am able to support my body despite the stress! T-Tapp has been a life preserver in that respect! I’ve been doing T-Tapp for about 12 years off and on. I just gave birth to my fourth child last year and it was the first pregnancy that I consistently T-Tapped through! I still gained a large amount of weight (I always do!) but it came off quicker and my body recovered faster in EVERY way than the previous times! This was despite the fact that I hemorrhaged and needed a blood transfusion and could have had a much more difficult recovery! I had made so much progress before the challenge that I wasn’t sure that I would see any results!

I entered the T-Tapp with Fascia Blasting category, since I had already been fascia blasting and seeing results while loving the way it complements my T-Tapp routine! I believe these tools combined with alfalfa are the answer for me! I feel like, after a lifetime of struggling with weight and diet and fatigue, I’ve found the tools that work together perfectly for my body and life style ! I can finally enjoy food and life and stay fit and healthy! Thank you Teresa!

I was pleasantly surprised when I took measurements and compared pictures that I could see a difference! My diet was not great over the course of the challenge and I was sick with respiratory viruses for much of the time! I can actually see my belly button raising up! That’s incredible after 4 kids! The inch loss was great too! To top it all off, I lost zero weight and I actually weigh about 20 lbs more than the last time I fit in the clothes I’m wearing (my smallest sized jeans!). I love that I can see my body resculpting and muscles carving out. I can’t wait to see what new limits I can take my body to!

During the challenge, I did a mixture of standing and floor exercises. I love First Steps and the way I can feel it stretch everything and almost “wring out” my lymph system. I added Ladybug floor for the first time and threw in Tempo Lower Body in the last 2 weeks. The Tempo Lower body is one of my favorites and always slims my middle amazingly!
It would be such a treat and an honor to be chosen as a winner and attend the retreat. The value of working with Teresa and other trainers is so invaluable and I know that I still have so much to learn and tweak in my form. I’m definitely a winner either way though and I’m forever grateful for this workout and the way it has changed my life!
