Essay:  Wow, another T-Tapp challenge comes to an end and I feel wonderful!

Before I started this challenge, I was gaining inches again. I have been under a lot of stress and depression due to some unexpected life circumstances that have come my way. I didn’t even have the strength to t-tapp, the very thing that I knew would help me deal with the stress. The less I exercised, the lazier I got. I decided to join the t-tapp challenge.

Two months later I feel so much better. When I started the challenge, I was dragging myself through the dvd. My before pictures were so bad. Yet today, while the circumstances have not changed, I can handle the stress a lot better. I am more conscious of the choices I make and I have taken control of my health again. I am making better food choices. I am doing my t-tapp exercises consistently several times a week. My clothes fit better, my posture has improved and I have lost a lot of my back fat. I have lost 13.50 inches during this challenge. I am pleased with my pictures, and there is a jump in my step again!

One of my desires for t-tapping is to be able to play with my grandchildren, today I can get down on the floor to play with them, and get back up again. I feel wonderful!
