Essay:  I entered the T-Tapp challenge for the first time last year and didn’t complete it. As a matter of fact, when I measured myself for that challenge, my body was so big in some places that I couldn’t be measured just using one tape measure. I started T- Tapping consistently in December of 2016 and was so excited to enter the 2017 challenge. I only had to use one tape measure this time!

Being a big woman has really taken a toll on my confidence. People are so easy to judge, without even taking a chance to know the person inside. At times, I didn’t even recognize myself. I am guilty of holding back because of my size. As I shed the layers, I feel myself letting my light shine brighter. I T-Tapp, and I feel so strong. This body that I have neglected for years is rewarding me for my efforts, and I am so amazed.

I almost didn’t submit my results for this challenge because I am so far from where I want to be, my body brushing was almost nonexistent, and I didn’t workout as much as I planned. However, I have come so far from where I used to be. I am so proud of myself, and I know that I can finally gain control of my weight. Although I didn’t enter the health improvements category, I have experienced so many changes. I am so much stronger and more flexible. Also, SITTM knocks out my headaches better than any pain reliever.

The only workout I completed for the challenge was SITTM. Most of the time I only completed the first half of the workout and there were a couple of weeks that I could only manage two workouts, but I never quit. My eating left a lot to be desired, but I’m striving to clean up my diet, lose more weight, and hopefully become healthy enough to start a family.

Thank you Teresa for the opportunity. You haven’t seen the last of my story!
