Hi, Im Cathy B & I first heard about T-Tapp from my mom who is a neighbor to Gail Fellers during the summer up at the Lake in Minnesota. Gail told my mom how T-Tapp really made a difference in her life . My dear mom bugged me for 6 – 9 months to go on T-Tapp.com, so I did & ordered Teresa’s book & Total workout. They sat on my shelf till we went on vacation & I read her book & did the basic workout for 5 days. But set it aside when I got home & back to life. I saw Gail up at the lake last summer & she encouraged me to make sure I do the 60 day challenge this winter – so I did. I am so grateful I did. My goals for doing T-Tapp was to strengthen my knees, improve my posture, improve my balance , loose my tummy & become toned. I am really glad this was a 60 day challenge & not 30 because after 30 days I had gained 2 pounds ( probably would have quit) . I know I will be a T-Tapper for life after just 60 days ( even though the last 15 days I was sick with influenza & then vertigo) I am very glad I got the step workout to learn how to walk because I had always walked with my eyes looking down at the sidewalk NOW I walk with butt tucked, ribs up & head up – what a difference. This is life changing like Gail told my dear mom. My lifetime goal is to be strong, healthy, good posture with energy. My dear mom who is 89 this year wants me to do Sr. Fit or I heard there is a More workout that would be good too with her. This is just the beginning for me & want to thank you for changing my life.

I lost a total of 17 inches which totally surprised me even with being sick for two weeks. I learned that I can schedule a T-Tapp workout into my day & be disciplined to do it. It was exciting to see the change from pausing through a workout & hardly making it through to seeing myself become stronger, more balanced & feeling good.
