I have significant health issues which require me to take many supplements and medications on a daily basis. Ever since being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and ankylosing spondylitis six years ago and being put on various medications, I have steadily gained weight and have been unable to lose and keep it off for any length of time. This is discouraging but far more than the weight, I am so hoping for something that will help me feel better and allow me to stop taking all the medications and supplements I have been prescribed and give me renewed energy to enjoy life and live it to the fullest.

A friend of mine told me about T-Tapp on February 6, 2017. I was very excited to go online and find out what I could about Teresa Tapp and her work-outs. I ordered her book and started reading the forums. I signed up to receive email newsletters and information and very quickly received an email about the 60-Day Challenge that was starting soon. I signed up and submitted my weight and measurements on February 15. My friend loaned me a couple of her DVDs including the Total Workout. I tried out the Basic Workout and even though I couldn’t do all the reps or the entire workout, I was amazed at how energized I felt during and afterwards. The next day I did even more of the Basic Workout and by the third day, I was so sore I could hardly move. The next day I was helping my husband with a home improvement project and pulled a muscle in my back. I was in excruciating pain and unable to move for several days. I decided to order the T-Tapp More Rehabilitative Program. It had More 1 and 2. I was excited to receive it and start off slowly with the instructional video. I continued reading her book and read more of the forums while I waited for my More DVDs to arrive and my pulled muscle to improve.

I received my package with T-Tapp More on 02/23/17. I immediately started reading the information enclosed in the package. I very cautiously started with the More 1 instructional video on 02/24/17. This was already 9 days into the challenge. I weighed and measured on 02/25/17 and was stunned to discover that I had lost 4 inches since signing up for the challenge, despite not being able to work out much at all. I felt better and better each day I did More 1 Instructional. I was (and still am) amazed at how much better I feel when I’m T-Tapping!! During and immediately after work-outs I noticed such a spike in energy and even felt better psychologically as well, knowing I was doing something to help myself get better. I decided to do the 14-day boot camp since my goal was to lose 40 plus pounds and 4 dress sizes. So I did it faithfully every day for 14 days with only a day off here and there. I was continually surprised week after week as I measured to find that I was losing and losing and losing. After one week of doing More 1 Instructional, I switched over to More 1 without the instruction. I was thrilled to be able to move more quickly through the workout and feel so energized and ready for my day afterwards. When I finished my boot camp, I was sad at the thought of just working out every other day. It was hard to make that transition but I trusted Teresa and how she explained that the body needs a day off to rest and recover. And believe it or not, I have continued to lose even with just doing More 1, which only takes me about 15 minutes every other day. Most days, I do Primary Back Stretch and a set of Hoe Downs on my day off but sometimes, I take the day completely off depending on what I have going on in my schedule.

I am so thankful I took before pictures and measured every week. Otherwise, I would have become super discouraged in this process. I am so conditioned to weigh and gauge my progress strictly off weight. But Teresa stresses to focus on the inches lost rather than weight. It still baffles me that I have lost 33.5 inches total but actually have GAINED 2.5 pounds during this 60-day challenge. I can’t tell a huge difference when I look in the mirror or put on my clothes. One difference I did see a few weeks in was that a brand new bra I had just purchased right before starting to T-Tapp was getting more and more loose until I could no longer wear it due to it being way too big. I still don’t see a big difference in my stomach or other areas, despite my inch loss. When my husband took my after pictures yesterday, I was once again amazed. As I was looking at the after pictures compared to the befores, I could see I clearly have better posture, my stomach is much smaller than before and the biggest visible difference is in my back. I have clearly lost quite a bit of back fat!! I’m so happy with the results.

I am encouraged to continue on with my T-Tapp workouts until I reach my goal and beyond. I cannot thank Teresa Tapp enough for creating this unique workout system and for sharing it with the world. I will also be forever grateful to my friend who told me about T-Tapp. I still have aches and pains from my health issues but they have lessened. I am hopeful that this will only continue as I continue on in this journey. I have been able to reduce the amount of supplements I take on a daily basis. I am also hopeful I will be able to reduce and eliminate more and more as I continue on in my T-Tapp journey. The other thing I am encouraged by is that I have honestly not even added in any changes to my eating yet. I have planned to eat healthier and would have a good day here and there during the challenge but I had more cheat days than I care to admit. The last few weeks in particular have been incredibly stressful with nonstop company, house guests, preparing for a friend’s son’s wedding, and a busy time at work. Even with the stress and hectic schedule, I continued to T-Tapp every other day but I honestly completely blew it with my eating and incredibly still lost more inches!! I know that once I begin to focus more on eating God Made vs Man Made, I will begin to see many more improvements in my health and in my inch and weight loss.

I would love to be named the winner of this challenge because I would be absolutely THRILLED to get to go to the conference this summer. I would love to hear directly from Teresa about her program. I would love to have one of your official trainers make sure I am in the correct stance during my workouts. More than anything, I would love to meet other fellow T-Tappers and hear their success stories and be inspired and encouraged to continue on in my T-Tapping journey.

Teresa, thank you again for creating such an amazing workout program, for making DVDs to share with the world, for making help so readily available with the forums and 60-day challenges. I feel so blessed to have found it. I am excited to continue the journey and I plan to share it with as many who will listen. I have already shared with my best friend, mom and sister. They are excited to get started T-Tapping soon themselves.
