Essay:  I have appreciated the opportunity to participate in this healthy physical endeavor!
I started building up stamina and form confidence the first couple of weeks with:
Basic +, Tempo Arms, Hoedowns ( and CRT most days.)
Day 10

Began 10 day run of Awesome Legs to slim down my thighs, in addition to the above. One day during that move I experienced a “pop” in my right knee, the one that had been replaced. Followed by pain and swelling. I only had another couple of days until I finished the 10 day commitment, so I just continued on anyway.

Tempo Torso (minus Eye of Tiger, Speed Skate and Balance moves) was added in and became a staple. I felt uncomfortable with the 3 deleted moves with the knee issue, so I thought wise to bypass them.

T-Tapp Barefoot Basic …wow…toes up!!! I wished I had watched this DVD sooner!! I could definitely feel the difference while utilizing these tips in the program. I continued on using it during the remaining weeks of the challenge.
LOVE Tempo Arms…because, this workout has helped open up the front chest collar bone area and allowed great relief of long term pain between and under my shoulder blades!!!!! Excellent…thank you, so much! You have no idea how many chiropractic visits have been because of that specific issue. Having the knowledge and ability to manage our own specific issues is F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S. The pain is mostly gone now and so much less when it is occasionally there. I will proactively continue.

Dr. Visit

Ok, currently I (April 6th,2017) still can’t really comfortably do many Hoedowns. The move out to the side on that leg causes swelling and pain. Needed to check out the situation. Saw an Ortho Dr. who x-rayed the right knee. Said my replacement was in fine shape. The “pop” I heard while doing Awesome Legs was a sprain to a ligament in the knee area. Oh, well. Recovery time estimated at 6 – 12 weeks. The pro in this situation was hearing Teresa’s voice repeating “Just do the best you can, you will get results”. So I did. This could have been a reasonable excuse to say “I have to quit now.” Nope! There’s skin in the game for 60 days! All 60 of them.

Inch loss was 21.5 and about 10 pounds down. Know what? GOOD ON ME!
