Essay:  I have never been particularly active. While not overly “thin”, I maintained a weight close to what I was in high school for twenty years. After my first couple babies were born, I enjoyed walking regularly for exercise. But by the time I welcomed my last son—my fourteenth baby– in 2014, I had long been out of that practice. For the last ten years or so, my weight had slowly been creeping up and, even worse, I felt flabby and unfit.

In January 2017, I saw a doctor to address menstrual irregularities I was having. My blood pressure was high. My doctor thought my hormone levels and normally low blood pressure were “resetting”. I thought I needed a non-intimidating yet effective way to better my health.

And then I found the perfect solution! My 21-year-old daughter introduced me to TTapp. I started with the free online exercises, “TTapp Secret for a Flat Stomach” (Organs in Place/Half Frog) and “Awesome Legs”. Even though I was convinced by the information on the website, I was still surprised how fast I saw results!

For the first time in my life, I feel like I am becoming fit from the inside out. Not only do I have abdominal muscles (Yay!), the abdominal muscles that had separated after all of those pregnancies are coming close together. I used to be able to squeeze my “curves” into my size 10 jeans, sucking in deeply to button, and allowing the extra to flow over the waistband. It made wearing more fitted shirts a challenge, since I then had several additional lumps and bumps to cover. Now my size 8 jeans fit comfortably and I’m looking forward wearing trimmer shirts this summer!

I have varicose veins in my legs that could be helped with surgery. I’ve been hesitant to proceed with this with my legs feeling so out of shape. “Awesome Legs” and using the TTapp stance when walking gave immediate results. I can feel muscles in my calves where I couldn’t before. They feel much more toned. I’m excited to see how much better they can look and feel even without surgery.

My menstrual problems seem to be easing. My blood pressure is moving in the right direction. Neither are where I want them yet, but TTapp is healing me from the inside first.

TTapp was easy to start… the exercises are easy to learn and do not wear you out even if you are out-of-shape, as I was. It was easy to incorporate into everyday life… even just a few minutes is enough to see results! And best of all, TTapp was effective.
