Essay:   Serious belly bloating at times; belly skin sagging from 6 full-term pregnancies; would like more stamina & clearer thinking, especially in evening and increased ambition; less ‘down’ feelings, overwhelm and feeling of ‘paddling upstream’; tighter mid-section, inner legs, outer thighs/buns, ongoing candida/sibo issues, mild seasonal affective disorder, need 9 hrs or so sleep now to feel at best – would like to cut that down. Hormonal shifts cause waking up in middle of night for a a half-hr or more at times. Would like my arms, which are naturally muscular, to be better defined.
Hoping this might even somehow help my sagging neck skin. I have aged significantly in last yr in face/neck. I attribute this to stress/bad diet while taking care of my sick/dying parents in last yr and now their house/belongings, etc. now that they have died. I would love to stop and reverse that aging process.

I have to say, “I’m quite impressed!” This program does differ from most: IT DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES!
“A LAZY EXERCISER”….that’s how I would describe myself! I know that I NEED to exercise, but don’t really ENJOY it or LOOK FORWARD to it or spend a great deal of TIME on it.

I had purchased some of the TTapp dvds a couple of years ago, using them for a short period, then abandoning them to the basement. I even had them and the book in a ‘think about selling on EBAY’ pile. I happened upon the 60 Day Challange; maybe it was in an email….not for sure….and decided that because I was feeling my usual FEBRUARY IN INDIANA blah self after abusing my body during the holidays, I would give it a go.

I gave it my all with a 14 DAY BOOTCAMP and Hoe Downs two or three times a day. Unfortunately, right after that, my newly deceased parents’ house was hit by a tornado and severely damaged. Well, the next couple of weeks consisted of only sporadic exercise due to the need for me to spend so much at their house packing up contents and dealing with remodeling details. So, after a month, I took my first measurements and was BLOWN AWAY that I had actually lost over 4 inches which INCLUDED an increase in bust! Talk about TERRIFIC MOTIVATION!

Well, I would like to say that I gave it my all for the next month, but, life got in the way once again. (Funny how it does that!) I got a 15 minute workout plus Diva Derriere and Awesome Legs 3-5x wk. Five or 6x, I did a Total Body Workout or Tempo Arms. Most mornings, I would roll out of bed and go immediately to doing a workout. There. Done for the Day. I know myself well enough to realize it I don’t get the important things done first thing, like Bible reading, prayer, and exercise, they probably WON’T GET DONE for the day.
So, when I took measurements and pix today, I’ve got to say, “WOW!” Even not giving it ‘MY ALL’, I still saw INCREDIBLE RESULTS! I have lost over 8 INCHES in 60 Days and I didn’t kill myself or spend hours upon hours doing it….which makes it even more appealing!!!

My top issues in February were probably having brain fog, being bloated, and just a ‘paddling upstream’ all the time feeling….like I couldn’t plan for the future because I could barely keep up with the present. This was intertwined with a down/somewhat defeated feeling.

After the first seven days of boot camp, I wrote in my health journal, “I FEEL ALIVE! ALIVE AGAIN!”

What a fabulous feeling! And that CLARITY OF MIND has not left. My hormones, which have been ‘off’ for the last few years, must be resetting themselves with TTapp and dietary changes I began making at the same time. (Body brushing, which I really enjoy…..feels very stimulating, has been added to my routine several times a week, also.) If I gained NOTHING ELSE from this program, the CLEAR THINKING & ALIVENESS would suffice and mean success and achievement for me.
