Essay:   I am so grateful for the T-Tapp workouts! They have changed my life. Whenever I stop working out I start to gain inches back and the brain fog comes rolling in. I don’t know why I ever let time go by without working out! As soon as I begin working out regularly the brain fog clears and I feel so much better. I also steadily lose inches. I’m a turtle so it’s been a slow and steady journey for me, but over the past 5.5 years T-Tapp has taken me from a size 22 to just shy of a size 8. I lost a size during this challenge!! That’s a thrill!

T-Tapp has given me much more than a new size body! I have energy and flexibility that I thought were forever gone! During the challenge, I went to help a young friend who had just given birth to her third child. Getting down on the ground and playing with the toddlers was no problem for me, at all! Something I didn’t think I would enjoy in my Grandmother years. I also had the energy and stamina to run the household and take care of the postpartum mother. With my first grandchild due later this year, I can’t express enough how wonderful the impact of T-Tapp on my life has been!

Because of T-Tapp, I am able to plan to go on a backpacking trip with my husband later this year. This is something he has really wanted to do and was out of the question until I discovered T-Tapp. Thank you Teresa Tapp for making dreams come true and giving me a new lease on life!
