Essay:  I was very thankful for the t-tapp challenge this year, because it got me back on track with doing my t-tapp regularly. I had really let things go, and the challenge reminded me that it really is easy to incorporate t-tapp into my life.

I started with a 10-day boot camp, then worked to do my workouts 3-4 days per week. I also did some walking when I was able to do so. I had a couple of weeks when I had family who were sick or was sick myself, but in spite of a few weeks when I wasn’t able to be as consistent, I still found that I was able to lose. In fact, sometimes the days I took off were the days I saw the biggest inch loss in the way my clothes fit.

Overall, I was happy with my results. Not only did I lose many inches, including 3 inches in my waist, but I’m also down almost 10 pounds, which usually I end up gaining with t-tapp as I build muscle so that made me happy. I have more energy, a better mood and am committed to my workouts again after the accountability that the challenge provided. I’m also having less problems with pain and my chiropractic adjustments are holding longer. I am also almost down another pant size, as my current pant size is quite loose.

What always strikes me when I do t-tapp consistently is how it really is a challenging workout, even though it seems simple. When I focus on form, I end up drenched in sweat and with tired muscles, yet I rarely wake up sore the next day. I am able to lose inches without dieing with my workouts every day, or spending hours in the gym!
