Essay:  I feel amazing! Down 4lbs and 14.5 inches. But more exciting than that my mood has changed drastically. I feel happier, more upbeat and more energized.

Since I am a two left feet kind of person I stuck mostly with the 15 min plus workout and incorporated the secrets to a flatter tummy as well. I tried to do the total body workout at least once a week. (Still not 100% on all the moves but getting there). Hoe Downs were an absolute must when I just needed that extra little perk. I can’t thank Theresa and the T-Tapp system enough. I feel like the 60 day challenge helped give me that accountability to stick with it and I’m just floored at the results in such a short time. Can’t wait to see what the next 60 days bring.
