Essay:  For 3 years I’ve heard of T-Tapp, when I was a mother of 2 beautiful sons. I was always overweight during my life, but then I wanted to change. Motherhood can change your life’s point of view. I found T-Tapp, a workout that I can do at home as well. In Hungary Anna is the only trainer, who can teach T-Tapp, so I got in contact with her and tried to lose weight. I was not so persistent and gave up doing the excersices. A year after my daughter was born and last year I gave birth to my third son. My two little children suffer from food allergy, the word turned around me twice, then I had to change lots of things in my cooking habit. I’ve changed my lifestyle and T-Tapp knocked on my door again. Last August Anna was in Safety Harbor and started a support group in facebook for those who does T-Tapp excersices. I joined the group two months later, but since then I’ve done workouts three times a week at least.

During the 60 days Anna helped me create a workout plan, that I tried to follow. After two weeks I realize that 2×15 minutes excersices plus mini challanges is too much for me, I overtrained myself. So I had to take a two-day off. It halted a little my enthusiasm, and was hard to start again the workouts, but the support group helped me stand up. I really loved the Ladybug and Plié excersices, but Twist, In-out mini max workout and Diva are also among my favorites. Week after week, I found, that my belly started to disappear. I did not have too much time to use the T-Tapp body brush, but as often as I could, I brushed my belly. During the Challange I took part in a workshop, apart from this I did the workouts 4 times a week. During a day I did 4-5 excercises according to Anna’s instructions. My strengh of purpose has the results, after 60 days I lost 18.5 inches.
