Essay:   I will start by saying a 2 month challenge is longer than I’m use to. I wish I could say I finished as strong as I started. I in fact fell off around April 1st when issues with my parents health left me little time for anything else. Enough with excuses! I love T-Tapp! I feel stronger and more balanced because of this challenge.
I started the first 2 weeks with boot camp. Everyday I did the primary back stretch, basic workout, hoe downs, orgains in place and 1/2 frogs. It felt great! I continued after that with the routine every other day.
I have learned a lot from this challenge about me and about T-Tapp. For me I need to set up more accountable plotting and a support system. I say this because I use to be a big fan of social workout challenges. It worked for me to plot daily my work toward challenge goals and give and get support from other members. That system is gone but a couple of friends and we could cheer one another on. I need to get a few more DVD to vary the work out and I would love to take a class to improve form. I’ve spent so much time on gym programs it’s a relief to find something I can do at home. I always enjoyed the gym workout but always more than an hour drive time was not good.

I’ve seen many people re-invent themselves. It’s my turn! Over the last year and a half I’ve gone from 230 pounds to 167 pounds. From size 2XX to 10-14. Now that I’ve figured out how to eat it’s time for exercise. I full heartedly believe T-Tapp is my answer! I let myself down on this challenge but I intent to post my results so that I did not quit. Dust myself off and continue on. All the while encouraging my friends to follow me. because -YES WE CAN!
