Essay:  YIPPEE!!! I have completed another 60 Day Challenge and ready for Spring. I so look forward to these Challenges as every year I tend to put on the holiday “fluff” (and love every bite). But I know the Challenge will get me back on track to strengthen and tone muscles and feel amazing! I am so committed to these events my DH knows to not book a vacation date until the end of the Challenge.

There were many days I’d dread doing a workout but found I just needed to do it first thing in the morning before the day got started. My personal challenge was to T-Tapp every day and of the 60 days I only missed 2.

This being my 5th I really concentrated on the “points of perfection” to really tuck, lift and tighten. Even though my final measurements weren’t as I had hoped I’m thrilled to get back into a size 6 and a few 4’s…keep in mind, when I began T-Tapp 5 years ago I was in a snug 12 and at 5’3’’ I was rather round.

I started with the Walking Challenge, then Diva Derriere/Awesome Legs for 2 weeks. The final 4 were spent doing BWO, SATI, Turn Back Time, Senior Fit, and a few others. The Challenge continues for me as I have a 14-day cruise in 2 weeks, and we all knows what that means!

As far as health issues, I was blessed with good genes and at this point have very few and I don’t take any medications what so ever. I believe, as I age (hate that word!), T-Tapp will allow that to continue.

Teresa, thanks to you, I’m in the best shape of my life. And all the nutritional information you share has helped me make better food choices. Alfalfa, Magnesium, Turmeric, and body brushing will be part of my life going forward.
Bottom line, I just feel better and damn, I look great!
