Essay:  First, I’d like to express my gratitude to you for founding T-Tapp, and to Anna to bring it to us to Hungary. You are amazing! And now I experienced that T-TAPP really works and really is more than a workout! Oh, My God! At the end of the 60 days’ challenge and 3 weeks before my 46th birthday I’m healthier, more energetic, more fit than ever and got back my cheerfulness and vitality. It was my best decision to join to the 60 days’ challenge. When I started it, I was an ugly whale in self-pity, with no self-confidence, I was not able to lose weight and my yearly lumbago just begun. I met with Anna on 11th of February at a T-Tapp Workshop, and she encouraged me to join the Challenge, and taught me how to measure myself. She also taught me the right position for T-TAPP exercises and lent me DVD’s. I started with Walk Away the Inches and Hoe Downs, and 2 times a week I was working out with Anna, and doing some exercises from YouTube. I realized when I started my day with Hoe Downs there was no need for coffee, and I was already full of energy! WOW! And I found out soon, that the walking workouts help me to reduce the pain caused by the lumbago. And I wanted more! Anna advised to change my daily exercise to Step it to the max core cardio with warm up and stretching and the pain in my back and in my leg also my lumbago disappeared after a week. It’s unbelievable! Oh, yessss! My lumbago lasted for 2-3 months in the past each year. And so, I became more committed to do T-TAPP. I enjoyed trying more and more exercises especially the butterflies, diva, awesome legs… My main health problem is Hashimotos Hypothyroidism, I was always tired, had no vitality and no energy, had digestive problems, abdominal distension, joint problems and disc herniation, also incontinence, my legs were swollen, and I was not able to concentrate. My period had been 21 days in the last 5 years, but last month it was 24 days and in this month, it was 28 days! Yesss! I’m very curious for next months, I’m sure that I will continue T-TAPPing. The PMS symptoms as breast tightness and abdominal spasms disappeared. I have incontinence, and it’s much better now. Now I have less digestive problems, no abdominal distension, less joint problems, no symptoms of disc herniation, my legs are not swelling, and my brain is so fresh and can concentrate. And by the way I lost 25 inches, 6 pounds and grown almost 1 inch 🙂
