Essay:   Thank you for running this challenge. The timing was perfect! And the results are amazing! This is the only workout I have done for 60 days and while I did not step foot on a scale, I immediately noticed the way I felt, how my clothes were fitting and my energy was through the roof!

A year ago, I was in the middle of a health crisis going from doctor to doctor getting diagnoses that did not make sense to me. I reached a new level of discouragement and I wondered if I would ever see any change or improvements. I was overweight and struggling to function on my daily life. In my 30’s, I remember thinking differently of women my age. I literally thought this was something that happened to other women after a certain age that had no discipline and no will power. Boy was I wrong. No matter what I did, nothing changed. I knew what I was doing was not working. And worse, I didn’t recognize my body anymore. My 50+ year old body was completely defying my vision of what it was supposed to look like. By far the most discouraging and even more stressful was that I had no answers and the answers I was getting were not going to help me improve just help me manage. That was not an acceptable way to live. I knew it was up to me to find a path. Like most I thought it was going to take a long time and I was wrong about that too. I had no idea that with the right nutrition and with T-Tapp just how much I could accomplish within 60 days.

T-Tapp has literally changed my life in just 60 days and while I am not where I want to be YET, but thank goodness I am not where I used to be. I have struggled through several unknown illnesses over the past three years, but it was not just getting a diagnosis, but trusting in my intuition to continue until I got the right diagnosis. Ironically, finding out I was allergic to “healthy” ingredients like flax, wheat and coffee and about 30 other foods made me turn to “God Made Food” which I believe is the best combination for not just healing the inflammation of my specific issue, but for literally investing in my future health! I loved the concept of T-Tapp when I was introduced to it almost a decade ago. I loved others transformations but I did not ever put all the tools I needed together at the same time. A clean diet, lots of water, consistent workouts with T-Tapp, and rest. Helping my mom through 3 surgeries in the last year, raising two teenagers and running a business along with free-lance writing made me realize that my health took a back seat. The last 60 days have shown me what is possible when I put me back on the list and I am never going back! Together with T-Tapp, I feel like I have found the fountain of youth! I can’t wait to see where I will be in 60 more days and if the past 60 days is any indication, then I know it will be my best self ever! Thank you for never giving up on your dream so that so many, like me, could have a chance to dream again of being the best versions of themselves!
