Roshanda’s Story

I heard of T-Tapp for many years and it would keep surfacing in my life.

So finally I thought I would buy my first DVD and give it a try. So I purchased BWO plus and watched the getting started. Pre watched the work outs, body type segment and testimonies of successful T-Tappers. I was very motivated! For one week. It became a sporadic workout for me. Maybe 2-3 times a month. One day I saw Teresa Tapp on Channel 10 news live face book page announcing a contest.

So I thought I’ll enter, but I’m sure I won’t get chosen. Well I was chosen! It was perfect! Just the kick start I needed that has set me on a new journey. So much happened to me. My energy increased, I was happier. I also dry brushed every day and took my supplements Alfalfa and Fibertox. I also would do random hoedowns after sugar splurge, and last but not least, I incorporated TTapp movement while pushing grocery cart.

This is big for me because I have very severe shoulder and neck pain because my trapezius muscle is always tight and my shoulders are always tight. So just keeping the form while doing something as simple as grocery shopping and walking around has been amazing. I have not experienced any tension headaches while doing the two week challenge and currently.

I now try to TTapp at least 4 days a week. TTapp is definitely the answer to my prayers.
