Hello! I am Elizabeth Platt, certified T-Tapp trainer and certified personal fitness trainer. I am a wife and mother of two girls and we live in the greater Sacramento area.
When I first heard about T-Tapp, from my mom, I thought it was a bunch of hocus-pocus. The results my mom was telling me about, and the success stories I read on the website sounded too good to be true. So, I started T-Tapp with the main goal of disproving the claims. I wanted to be able to say, “I followed the program and worked out exactly like I was supposed to and it didn’t work for me.”
I was surprised when I lost one size my first month! After that first month I knew I had to be a trainer! I’m one of those people who think that if something is good, more has to be better (even though with T-Tapp less is more). So just doing T-Tapp and achieving great results for myself wasn’t good enough, I had to do more and be a trainer. I am so excited to share and help others achieve their goals.
Prior to T-Tapp I was a marathon and ultra-trail runner just to maintain a healthy body weight. Even though I was in the best cardiovascular condition I had ever been, and I had the endurance to run over 6 hours straight, I wasn’t happy with my body shape. My calves, thighs, and gluts had “bulked up” from the endurance running and I had very little strength in my upper body. T-Tapp has helped me build upper body tone (without weights), core strength, and de-bulked my thighs, legs, and hips by lengthening the muscle fibers.
My passion is my family and T-Tapp. I am a trainer because I believe in the effectiveness of the workout and the total body health and wellness incorporated into the method of movement. I am proud to be on the T-Tapp team and my commitment is to help others be strong and healthy from the inside out.
