I have a confession to make…I love chocolate…I also despise exercise. Anyone else? I’m fairly certain that I’m not alone.
I have always struggled with my body image, and since college (longer ago than I would like to admit) I’ve also struggled with keeping my weight under control. I’ve been pretty consistent on the scale, unfortunately it’s about 50 pounds more than I’d like to have. I don’t like “diet food” and I seriously have never enjoyed exercise. I like the idea of being trim and healthy, but I am not willing to make myself sick working out. Plus, did I mention that I love chocolate?
Then I discovered T-Tapp. It’s unlike any exercise I’ve ever done and I actually enjoy it!! I seriously caught myself smiling during a workout one day and decided that I need to tell people about the amazing discoveries I’ve made that have allowed me to find grace and freedom in my journey to overall health. I’ve made progress, both forward and backward, but I know that these things work and am looking forward to reaching my goals and helping you get there as well. I won’t say it’s easy or even fun (I don’t smile every time I work out), but it does work and I’ve never seen anything that works as well as this does. AND I still get to eat chocolate!
Grace and freedom on the journey to health is possible. It is possible to spend less than 20 minutes in focused movement (without leaving your room) and get super results. It is possible to do YOUR best and see improvement inside and out. I love how I can incorporate it into just about every aspect of my everyday life. I’d love to help you find that grace and freedom too.
